This thoughtfully designed unit features a bold orange color theme, blending clean finishes with subtle character for a stay that feels both simple and intentional.
The space is designed with comfort and functionality in mind. The living area offers relaxed seating and a queen sleeper sofa, along with a small dining nook perfect for morning coffee or a casual meal. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped for light cooking and everyday needs (please note: no dishwasher).
Down the hall, you’ll find a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a private bedroom featuring a king-size bed with crisp white linens for a clean, restful feel.
This unit comfortably accommodates up to four guests:

Conveniently located just off Interstate 20, this property provides quick access to downtown, UAB, and surrounding Birmingham neighborhoods.
Please note that stair access is required regardless of where you park. From the parking area, there is a smaller set of concrete steps, and from the street, a full flight of stairs.
While many guests enjoy the character and location of this area, it may not be the right fit for everyone. We encourage guests to book with this in mind, as standard cancellation policies apply after check-in.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
