This unit is designed to be comfortable and easy to settle into, with a straightforward layout and thoughtful setup for both short and longer stays. The living area provides relaxed seating and a dining nook, with a full kitchen just off the main space for everyday use (no dishwasher).
The layout includes two separate bedrooms, giving guests added flexibility. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom includes two twin-over-twin bunk beds, making it a great option for families or groups. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is located off the hallway.
One of the added advantages of this unit is access to laundry, making it especially convenient for extended stays or guests traveling with a group.
This unit comfortably accommodates up to six guests:
King bed in the primary bedroom
Two twin-over-twin bunk beds in the second bedroom
Conveniently located just off Interstate 20, you’ll have quick access to downtown Birmingham, UAB, and surrounding areas.
Please note that stair access is required regardless of where you park. From the parking area, there is a smaller set of concrete steps, and from the street, a full flight of stairs.
While many guests enjoy the character and location of this area, it may not be the right fit for everyone. We encourage guests to book with this in mind, as standard cancellation policies apply after check-in.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
