Nestled in historic Birmingham, this charming single-level home is thoughtfully designed to comfortably host your whole group while still feeling cozy and inviting. Whether you're in town for a game, a weekend getaway, or just passing through, this home makes it easy to settle in and feel right at home.
Start your mornings on the covered front porch with a cup of coffee, then head inside to a warm and functional layout perfect for gathering. The updated kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need, and just off the kitchen you'll find a dedicated dining room with a large table that seats 6–8—ideal for shared meals or game nights.
The living area offers a comfortable space to relax, and with a queen sleeper sofa, there’s even more flexibility for larger groups.

This is a historic neighborhood with a strong sense of community, and we kindly ask guests to be respectful—no large parties and quiet hours begin at 9:30 PM.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

I absolutely love what I do — especially designing spaces that are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked for a five-star stay. When I’m not hosting, you’ll find me spending time with my family, hanging out with my dogs, experimenting in the kitchen, or unwinding with a good video game. I’m all about the little details and genuinely enjoy helping people have the best stay possible. Travel plays a big part in my life, too — from honeymooning in Iceland, to exploring Mexico, to visiting family in Orlando and Gulf Shores.
