From the moment you arrive at 877 Miami Place, you’re greeted by a home designed for connection. Whether you're gathering a big group, hosting family, or just craving a getaway with room to breathe, this space was made to hold it all—comfortably accommodating up to 20 guests without ever feeling crowded.

Step through the front door (easy access with a digital keypad) and into a bright, welcoming living area where natural light pours in and a decorative fireplace anchors the room. It’s the kind of space where mornings start slow with coffee on the couch and evenings wind down with movies, conversation, and maybe a few extra guests claiming the sofa bed.

Just off the main entry, the home unfolds naturally. To the right, you’ll find the full upstairs kitchen—complete with everything you need, from a microwave and oven to a dishwasher for easy cleanup. The dining area flows effortlessly from the kitchen, making it easy to gather everyone for meals, game nights, or late-night snacks. One of the bedrooms sits nearby, while the rest are tucked down the hall for a little extra privacy.

Each of the four bedrooms is thoughtfully arranged to maximize comfort and flexibility:

Three bedrooms feature two full beds each, perfect for groups or families sharing space
The fourth bedroom offers a queen and a full bed, giving a bit of variety and room to spread out
Two additional sofa beds—one upstairs and one downstairs—mean everyone has a place to land at the end of the day

With three full bathrooms (two upstairs, one downstairs), getting ready is never a hassle, whether you're heading out for the day or winding down after a night in.

And then there’s the lower level—a space that feels like its own private hangout. Downstairs, you’ll find a second living room with another sofa bed, a full kitchen (microwave and oven included), and a dining area that makes it perfect for splitting into groups or giving everyone a little extra room to relax. It’s ideal for multi-family stays or anyone who appreciates having separate spaces to unwind.

But the real magic? It’s waiting just outside.

Step into the fenced backyard and discover your own private oasis. The pool—open year-round—invites you in for sunny afternoons, evening dips, or simply lounging poolside with a good book. While it’s not heated, it’s the perfect centerpiece for warm Alabama days and crisp, refreshing swims. The patio area offers space to gather, grill (charcoal BBQ and utensils included), and soak in the moment while overlooking the yard.

And for a little friendly competition, head to the garage where a pool table sets the stage for game nights, laughs, and maybe a little rivalry.

Beyond the home, you’re just minutes from everything you need. Grocery stores, shopping, and local dining are all close by, and Forestdale Community Park is just a few blocks away for a quick outing. Plus, with Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport only about 15 minutes away, getting here is as easy as settling in once you arrive.

A quick note: the pool is professionally serviced weekly. Maintenance visits are brief and won’t interrupt your stay, but access to the backyard/pool area will be needed on service day—we appreciate your understanding as we keep everything clean and ready for you.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
